Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to digital products sold by lamquan (“we”, “us”) through WarriorPlus, including Peek & Pin, Peek & Pin Niche Vault, Niche Vault Lite and the DFY Canva Kit (the “Products”). By buying or using a Product you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

The Products are digital files (PDF, TXT, CSV, PNG and PowerPoint template files) delivered by download link after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped. Payments are processed by WarriorPlus and its payment partners; we do not see or store your card details.

2. License

You may use the Products to create pins, titles, descriptions and images for books you publish yourself.
The pins and text you create with the Products are yours to use anywhere.
Using the Products for other people’s books (client work) requires a separate client license.
You may not resell, share, give away, upload or republish the Products, the prompts or the template files, in whole or in part.

3. AI tools and third-party services

The prompts are designed for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and the templates for Canva. These services are run by other companies, can change at any time and have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, output or rules. Always review AI output before you publish it.

4. No guarantee of results

The Products are educational resources. We make no promise that you will earn any money or get any specific amount of traffic, saves or sales. Your results depend on your books, images, niche, consistency and factors outside our control. See the Earnings Disclaimer below.

5. Refunds

Every Product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Products, including all text, prompts, designs and sample images, belong to lamquan. Pinterest, Canva, Amazon and KDP are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Limitation of liability

The Products are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples on our pages or in the Products show how the method works; they are not a promise or typical result. We do not guarantee income, traffic or sales. You are responsible for your own actions and results.
